Food ok…restaurant filthy.. The food was what we expected. We went to the restaurant across the street, and knew this was the same.We went there for the dainties, and the scallops. Good sized portions. Service was good. The restaurant was really small and cramped. Everything felt greasy . Looked like they could use some updating and a good scrubbing.
Very disappointed in the customer service. I called ahead about using my groupon and whoever answered the phone said it was fine. When the bill came & I gave it to the waitress she said I couldn’t use it and got nasty when I told her I called ahead. The owner came over & was unhelpful & rude about it as well. They claimed I never called because I didn’t know the bartenders name. I run a business & they know nothing about creating repeat business! We surely wont be going back.
Just ok. Took visiting family there on a Sunday night. My oldest son’s steak was very smokey tasting. My wife and younger son had seafood alfredo. The scallops were no good. Had to send them back. Clam chowder was good and my Balsamic chicken gorgonzola was pretty good, as were the salt potatoes. The veggie of the day, corn, tasted old. Will try again, but I will be expecting better.
Monday NIght Special clams $2 Tradition lives on at Boston hotel. WHen good food is at a great price everybody wins $2 draft beer with $4 wings and $2 mozzerella sticks taste great during a sabres game. Crab legs $4 cluster clams dox steamers $2. starts at 8 till late every monday night. FRIDAYs they have best fish fry for $10. steaks always good.
Never going back!. Loved going to the hotel for a Monday night with friends. Tonight was the WORST experience i have ever had! It took the waitress 30 min. to even come over to our table when she brought our food or wings were BBQ instead of med. our friends crab legs looked rotten! Friends complained about the legs and our waitress said she would take them off the bill. after we finished eating it took her an hour to bring the bill and it was $40 over. when we asked her about the bill she started to yell at us. Said she would bring over the owner who was drunk and she started to yell at us for their mistake!!! Service was absolutely terrible and we will never be going back!
Open again. They re-opened the boston hotel across the street
RIP (for now). Before this place burned down in a fire, they had some great lobster/steak/crab leg dinners. sure the location was not the prettiest, they served good food for cheap. when they rebuild it, check it out. buffaloeats.org
