I was at the Brick House in Amherst, NY today (6/18) for Father’s Day brunch. I had the worst service at a restaurant one could expect. We ordered at 12:30pm and did not see out waitress again. At 1:30pm we walked out of the restaurant since we were never served. All of the other tables in the restaurant received their food, including several that were seated after us. The waitress disappeared, servers never came to the table, and there was no manager in sight. When I walked out of the restaurant, I told the person at the door that we sat there for an hour and never got our food, she said sorry and just shrugged.
