Had the roasted veggie sandwich and Mexican black bean soup. Very good! This was my first visit and I’ll be back.
Beer selection is nice, not great. Service in the bar dining area is poor, same for the bar itself, unless you are a regular. Wings are really good. Blue cheese here is outstanding. A few large TVs in the bar dining area, but crappy little TVs at the bar. This place is a mixed bag of good and bad.
Good food. Not GREAT food. Been going here for since they opened in this location… maybe 10 years or so. I like it. But won’t go out of my way to go here for a meal. They do have good wings and the spaghetti sauce is good.Bar is ok… Dining room is ok.. Nothing special here. But I would recommend for a weeknight stop when you’re hungry.
The food was awful. Poor quality. Had Southern Fried Chicken. Mashed potatoes & coleslaw were inedible. I’ve eaten at Brennan’s & Mr. Dee’s in the same classification (gastropub) & have always had a good meal, even for a bar. Also, the drinks were expensive! I won’t be back. .
LOVE IT. Everything I, or anyone I was with has gotten from this place was great. mind you we’re talking bar food not 5 star cuisine, but they do it well. The burgers are phenomenal, the pizza looks good (never had it), the wings are some of the best I ever had, and the sausage sandwich was great and I loved the fried bologna too. Eat at the bar or grab a table in the dining room (I like that the 2 areas are separated) either way you can’t go wrong. It’s a great place for dinner with the family, drinks with friends, or both.
Good bar food for later at night. A few times a week, I find myself getting out of work a bit later than most restaurants are willing to serve dinner. I appreciate that the Buffalo Tap Room serves later and I have always had a decent meal there. Last night my husband and I enjoyed a Southwestern Steak Quesadilla and an order of chicken fingers. It’s not fancy food, but it meets your expectations and is always cooked correctly. We also enjoy the good selection of draft beers.
Ordered a house draft during happy hour. $4
