Extremely bad and arrogant staff. Doesn’t even bother if you are even with families or babies. A lady staff (not mentioning the name here) was so inhuman even to bypass the queue for her friends. Never eat from this place. I went to their outlet at the Buffalo Airport Departure Area Food Courts
Horrible service new location on union. While waiting in line to order, there were 5 customers that came to the window with complaints within a 15 timeframe! Didn’t get my number, napkins or ketchup. The sweet tea was way too sweet. One kid was smitten by a female customer who whispered something to him in the window and he went back to get her something. The manager didnt manage her team and made sure they corrected their errors, she just fixed the problem herself. Also noticed lack of structure and direction of the staff. l will not go back.
