Ordered food from here 8/17/14 and when I called back because my order was wrong I received nothing but attitude. I was told that what I got was what the order said. when I told them what I ordered I was told 3 times that it wasn’t what the order said and that I shouldn’t be getting so upset. I will no longer order from them.
Exceptional Food!. I ordered the chicken, roast beef, mashed potatoes and a fruit tray for 60 guests. I have to say they have the best tasting, moist chicken in WNY and my guests were very impressed as well. The roast beef was tender and the gravy was the best I have had since my Mom’s. The fruit tray comes with a dip that is delicious! I would highly recommend the above items on this menu, as I am sure everything else must be as outstanding.
NEVER AGAIN. WE will never again order from Chick-n-Pizza Works after our experience this weekend. Let me first say that we have been loyal customers, ordering from them almost weekly for a pizza night. After a few months we had some issues with lengthly delivery times and cold pizza, yet continued to order from them. Then a couple months ago we had an order delivered wrong. We always order the same thing, a large half cheese half pep pizza and extra crispy wings. My daughter and I do not eat pork, the grease from it makes us both ill. They sent us a whole pep pizza instead of a half cheese. They gave us a credit and we decided to continue ordering from them. Then yesterday for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party We ordered 2 sheet pizzas and 50 wings. It was an $80 order plus we gave the driver a $10 tip. Once again they sent us all peperoni instead of our order which was one sheet plain cheese and one sheet peperoni. I had over 50 people here, many who do not eat meat, and it took almost 2 hours to be delivered. Furious, I called to complain and was told they will gladly send me a sheet pizza but it will take an hour or I can have a $20 credit. I demanded a cheese pizza and a $20 credit for the inconvenience (which I don’t find unreasonable) and they refused. I demanded to speak to a manager and he insisted he was the manager. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! No empathy for my situation, no care for my party guests. I spent $ 90, did not recieve my order properly, both pizzas were burnt on top of it all and was compensated $20, even though this was the second time they did this to our order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
The food is bad…. I’m sorry, but the food is bad! The place I work keeps insisting on getting it for luncheons, and the only good thing is the rolls from Constanzas. The chicken is swimming in grease and the skin is rubbery. The roast beef is curled up and tough, and the potato salad taste completely commercial. Definitely not homemade. As for that mamouth pizza they sell, it’s a complete gooey mess in the center. Never cooked and the pieces are so thin you can’t even pick them up. Do yourself a favor and save your money.
AWFUL. This place should not be open. The food is horrible, the service is even worse and they are way over priced. I would never go back here to eat in Buffalo. Awful experience!!!!!!
Terrible. This is the worst place in buffalo for pizza… it really gives buffalo a bad name in a city where pizza is king..there are some many other excellent choices to chose from, why anyone would want a pizza made poorly is beyond me.Under cooked and soggy upon delivery. Staff was rude and lost.
Pizza. I had a pizza delivered yesterday. hardly any pepperoni or mushrooms. asked for hot pppers it was loaded with green peppers. It was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Could not pay me enough to go back there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
