Vegetarians beware!. This place is delicious…when they get your order right. Sorry for sounding a little like R.L. Stine, but I’m not sure I’ll be returning to China Max after they gave me real instead of faux chicken TWICE. Not a fun experience. If you are a vegetarian/vegan and decide to try their faux meats, make sure you are speaking with the male owner/cook, because he always got our order right. The woman who works at the front counter got the order wrong in person and on the phone. It’s really too bad because I like their food and was excited to have some more veg options in Buffalo.
