Not worth it. Service was terrible, waiter was in his own world. Asked us what we wanted to drink, even made a point to repeat it back to us, only to bring the wrong drinks out anyway. Next he brings out only one salad instead of both, then has a lame excuse and babbles on with a half assed apology. Food wasn’t the quality we have had at other Cracker Barrel restaurants, the corn was swimming in butter and I asked for no gravy, which meant they covered everything on the plate with gravy. It’s not like they were busy, we were one of 4 other couples in the entire restaurant, just no excuse for the terrible service.

This is the place I had the best service over any place I’ve ever been. There’s an old guy that waited on us. I tipped him the full amount of our bill. I think his name is Bill or Ted. You’ll know him when you see him. Excellent service. The food was good, and hot too.
Awesome. My neighbour and I travel to Williamsville from Ontario Canada, and we always make sure to eat all our meals at this resturant. Their burgers are enough to make me dream about them to the next visit, (which is in 2 weeks) Their breakfasts are amazing. Last time we tried their Sunday night Special, which was Buttermilk chicken. OMG delish. We certainly don’t have places of that quality near where we live, nor any that can compete with the prices either. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. Kudo’s to you all
Good dessert.. Went here specifically for a late dessert, I had my eye on the blackberry cobbler. I have to admit I was not happy with my wait time, someone was supposed to greet me to a table and it almost seemed like they were ignoring me. I had to go contact someone to get their attention, I find that unacceptable but I lived with it. My cobbler was really good, two scoops of blackberry vanilla ice cream on a filled blackberry, blueberry cobbler. Very tasty indeed! The best part was the price, it was less than four dollars. Next time I visit Buffalo, I will try their breakfast, hopefully the service will be better.
Service is lacking. We’ve been going here for years and over the last year or more there has seemed to be a decline in customer service. We had a couple errors in staff bringing incorrect order to us- items undercooked- or topped with sauce that we specified didnt want. The staff made things difficult- taking the WHOLE plate back- leaving one of us sitting while rest of table ate. The last time, I finally received my order after everyone was done eating- ruined our whole experience- and they did NOTHING- no coupon for next time, gift certificate for $5, comp of meal etc. Nothing- even after called manager over. So it seems the poor customer service stems from management’s deficient CSM. These couple bad experiences had kept us from returning.
Unexpectedly good. On a recent road trip road trip from Buffalo down to Florida we came across what seemed like a billion cracker barrels. We’ve always wanted to try one, and even though we got the chance to do so, we didn’t.Luckily I found out there is one back home, right here in Buffalo. We set out to go there for dinner on a weekdays night, and, the place was packed with people! I loved the atmosphere, everything and everyone seemed so friendly (including the waitress). We were seated after a short wait. My biggest fear was that the food was gonna be similar (in quality) to what you can find at a Chili’s or Applebee’s (which is not a particularly good thing). I was pleasantly surprised at two things. Better yet, I was surprised at three things: The prices, the food, and the portions. My god, it was heavenly, and nearly everything is at, or below 10 bucks! Service is also fast and friendly. I’ve been back a few times already, and will certainly be back again for more!
