Service was poor at best. Bugs in dining area, walls have cobwebs all over them, tables were filthy, and the floors were dirty as well. If I could give this place a 0 I would gladly do so. I’ve had better meals in tents while deployed in the desert. Horrible experience. Will never go there again.
Also shocked by poor customer service. I too just recently had a bad experience with not only the customer service at the diner, but the food as well. Who I believe is the same blonde employee as mentioned in a previous review, I was treated rudely when I had the gull to bring back burnt chicken fingers. Her first reaction to was to ask if I tried to eat them because they come out dark. These chicken fingers were starting to turn black. When I got them to make me new ones, what I got was an excuse that the chicken fingers need to be cooked darker so they get cooked inside. It has been quite a few years since I cooked in a restaurant, but I can even remember that if food cooks on the outside quicker than the inside, the fryer is too hot. All I got was excuses. When I ordered something else, I got the burgers home and they were dried and overcooked as well. We love going there and eat there very often (6- times a month at least). And I have noticed the service and food both have dropped in quality. And when the owner is not cooking, the food is nearing inedible at times. I agree that if you cannot treat the customer with a friendly smile and with respect, maybe the food industry is not for you.

A tall blonde employee noticeably took out her bad day on members of our party, by clearly acting as though we were interfering with her day. Let’s not forget that customer service is not for everyone, and if one cannot act pleasant,smile, and thank the customer, please seek employment elsewhere.
Loveeeeee the food~. We love going here for the famous chicken sandwich its amazing and my fiance Greg loves there beer battered fish fry!
Great food for a great price. Friendly staff, and a well rounded menu! Make for the best place to met up with friends in the southtowns!
This place is great!! Great burgers, great fish fry, great frozen custard and nice 50’s style decor and music. Oh and the best part- this place is much cheaper than anyone else!! We love it
