Best Glazed Sour Cream Frycake ever. I have never felt compelled to write a review before but this particular donut from Donut Kraze cannot go unmentioned. Yes, everyone makes glazed sour cream frycakes and for a brief time when this establishment’s usual mix was unavailable, theirs was just like everyone else’s. Then thank the Lord their own particular formula became available again. Everything about it is absolutely perfect. The inside is soft and moist, and yes, a little greasy just like you know you want a donut to be. The outside is fried to an intense dark brown so that you can hear a crunch when you bite into it. The glaze is never, ever wet and sticky like it is on some inferior donuts. I get one every Wednesday and if they are ever sold out, it ruins my entire day so now I call early in the morning to ensure one is saved for me. Everyone must try one of these donuts (and become hooked like me!)
Donuts. Took a dozen donuts to my Grandkids in Webster . They loved them and so did I. The jelly white cream filled were awesome . Will be back soon. Best ive tasted in a long time!
Finally made it to donut kraze tonight with my friends. We were all really pleased with what we ate. The donut I had was a marshmallow fluff filled donut with maple glaze and bacon on top. The coconut creme was also really good.
