I have been a Friday night regular at Duff’s Eastern Hills Mall for 10 months. And some other weeknight evenings also. This is why:-The food is consistently outstanding.-The wait staff/ hosts/ bartenders are attentive/ personable/ friendly.-Management is always present/ visible/ attentive.-It is a great place to have fun.-Happy Hour is great. Weeknight specials are great.-I meet someone new to talk and laugh with every time I visit.-It’s all good!Mr. Bill
Worst service ever…we were sent to the patio by ourselves by the hostess, were ignored by multiple wait staff members. After 10 minutes of not being at least introduced to, we left. Don’t go here, they don’t care.
Worst service experience ever… Hostess sent us outside to patio where multiple servers looked at us, walked by and ignored us. Ended up leaving after 10 minutes without being taken care of. Don’t bother going here thy don’t really care about their customers!
Not good on game day. Wings are small soaked, drenched with sauce and not very good as they should be. Taste like wings from some out of town chain restaurant.
It’s another Duff’s. It’s good.. My son voted to have Buffalo wings, which he had never had before, over some other (in)famous local places. He chose well, and later kept saying how much he liked the wings. Prompt, friendly service for our wings – ten medium (hot, of course), ten BBQ. All good and disappeared quickly, even though they were really hot (temperature-wise). It’s all about the sauce. The fries were a bit on the plain side, but hot and crispy. Everyone at the table left some fries (but not veggies – hmm). If you don’t want to get your face and fingers messy, just order the chicken fingers with whatever wing sauce you would like – more chicken/less mess.
