I like dd coffee, but the service at this location is poor. They just walk away without handing you your coffee or giving you a reciept after you’ve paid.they don’t even say thanks, or anything, it’s kind of weird.
Poor service, Rude Staff. The simple order of a small coffee and english muffin resulted in an old cup of coffee and an egg-white frittata. When I asked for my money back, the staff took 10 minutes to find the manager who proceeded to insult me in front of my daughter. The argument continued and ended without my money being refunded. If you want terrible and rude service, the wrong order, and a overall bad mood for the day – visit this DD location. Tim Horton’s has my vote.

It nearly got me, but I reached Dunkin Donuts just in time.I slipped into their fine establishment and purchased a peanut donut and coffee, but that’s not all. Their cashier quickly hopped the counter and wrestled the pursuing tiger with his bare hands. Thank you, Dunkin Donuts. You’re a life-saver!
