Good burger but pricey.. Have been to five guys several times have tried both the hotdog and bacon cheeseburger on multiple occasions both are very good but can be painfully expensive especially if feeding more then one person. The kosher hot dog is one of the best hotdogs I’ve ever eaten and the hamburgers remind me of a good old home made burger however ordering more then one without bringing a lot of money is out of the question. French fries are ok but I have ordered before and they turned out gross to the point where not even ketchup could save them. I understand it was busy but the staff looked like they were just staring off into space half of the time when I was waiting 20 minutes for my food.
I don’t get it. I have eaten here twice now and I do not understand the hype. The burgers were nothing special. In n Out blows this place out of the water. Even Wendy’s has a better burger in my mind. The fries were tasteless and soggy both times I went. The food is way over priced. Frankly I would rather go to BK or Mcdonalds. At least I will save 5 bucks on not so good food.
Don’t waste your time or money! My boyfriend wanted to try five guys because they just opened where we live. We ordered two burgers and a fry and two drinks. The total amount for this was $21 plus tax. There was about seven to eight ppl working, there was no one in line before us or after us. And the food took about fifteen minutes. The soda machine was awesome, I have never seen anything like it, with so many options. When we finally got our food the meat patty I thought wasn’t good at all! Their burgers are supposedly the best, but I would rather eat a Wendy’s burger instead! Their fries weren’t good either, didn’t taste fesh and they were soggy! The dinning experience wasn’t pleasant either, the music was really loud! And the employees working were not friendly at all, just a bunch of kids that are miserable to be at work!
