Great Breakfast Place!. We were spending the night in Buffalo therefore, we decided to try this place out for breakfast. Conveniently, this place was located near our hotel therefore, it was easy to get to. When we walked in, a sign at the front of the restaurant asked us to seat ourselves. All of the tables and booths were full as it was about 11:00 am on a Sunday morning. We then decided to sit at the counter which was facing the kitchen. I had noticed the menus on the side of the counter and gave one to each of the people in our party. We were then greeted by a woman behind the counter who asked us what we would like to drink. We each ordered our drinks, mine being a hot chocolate without whip cream. We then looked through the menu to see which items we desired for breakfast. I chose the 2 eggs, corned beef hash, home fries, and toast option, which was only $6.75, and displayed on the front of the menu. After we had each placed our orders for our breakfast meals, our beverages arrived, mine arriving piping hot and full of wonderful chocolate flavour. We then waited about fifteen minutes, which we thought was quite long however, we understood as it was quite packed in the restaurant at that time. Once our meals arrived, the woman asked if we needed any hot sauce or any refills on our drinks. My dish was quite large, with the corned beef hash tasting immaculate. I had never had something that delicious therefore, I was quite impressed with how well it tasted considering it was my first time having it. The eggs were not as much as I had hoped however, they were enough as I was given two large slices of sourdough bread, along with piping hot home fries. I would have liked if the home fries were a bit softer as they were kind of hard however, with ketchup, they tasted better. I wasn’t even able to eat all of my meal as it was much too large! My husband ordered the Hungry Man Breakfast, and had to package up the pancakes as the meal was set on a large plate, filled to the brim with eggs, sausage, home fries, and toast. I had decided to get a refill on my hot chocolate, which was free (something I thought was very generous of them to do!) In total, we spent about $30 for three people, which consisted of three large meals which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Also, we found the service to be top-notch, with two servers coming to check on us during our meal. Be advised that this place only takes cash, and it has to be American cash therefore, come prepared. I would highly recommend this restaurant as a great breakfast place as it is something different from the normal chain restaurants which seem to overpopulate this area quite a bit.

Great food!! We were travelling through and like to try local places. The atmosphere here is local bit very friendly. The service isnt particularly fast and there was one one waitress who was very loud (didnt bother me but my husband was annoyed). Overall a great little diner with excellent breakfast allday long. Make sure to bring cash- they dont take credit cards!
