Worst experience at a restaurant I’ve ever had. To start we went to the host stand and checked in like normal. Hostess told us there would be a 20 minute wait. We proceeded to sit down and wait with the rest of the people. So a half hour goes by and we are still waiting as everyone else was seated . Then, a couple came in and was seated immediately while me and my girlfriend still continue to wait directly in front of the Hostess. This is when I finally decided to ask the Hostess why we were still waiting (40 minutes later ). She told us she called for us but clearly never did as we were sitting directly across from her. Why would she lie?????? So we finally get seated and we don’t even see our server for another 15 minutes. She takes our drink order and food order and we didn’t see her again for an hour except to talk to her friends who were at a table across from us. Other people were getting served food who arrived much later than we did . I’m assuming she forgot to put our food order in. Never apologized or anything. I will never return to this poorly managed location with incompetent employees ever again and urge you to do the same .

Wonderful memories. Great food for a wonderful price. I love their selection of crepes, especially their Swedish crepe which introduced me to lingonberry jam..all of their other breakfast foods have been of great quality from what I’ve tried. plus, every Sunday and Wednesday night they have half off a select number of dishes for those 55 and over, so a great deal for when I want to take my parents out for a meal. 🙂 The staff have also all been lovely in my interaction with them at this location.
Not Again. I went to a great IHOP in Minnesota last week, so I figured I’d give the local one a try on Sunday around noon. There was a wait, but it wasn’t more than 5 minutes or so. My experience with the food and service at this IHOP was far worse than what I experienced in MN.The hostess and waitress I had were gloomy and obviously had no desire to be there. No smile, no personality, and just blah. In MN, I was offered cheese in my eggs and hot maple syrup. Here, I was offered neither. The food tasted okay.Overall, I probably won’t be back here. Don’t want to bother the staff with my presence…
Popped in for breakfast. Fast, friendly and attentive service. Meals are fresh, delicious and great value. We had French toast, bacon, eggs, sausage, hash browns and pancakes. They leave jug of steaming coffee at table which is great. Food here is always consistently great.
