It’s a great truck stop, every thing you need is right there.
Just stopped there for the 1st time. Wanted to take a shower-they charged double (huband and wife). The showers were disgusting-very old and very scummu looking
Went to Jim’s both Saturday and Sunday and got incredible service for a real pretty waitress I think she said her name was Julie she was very nice and very funny and she gave me incredible service my drink was almost never empty and she made me laugh the whole time she was also very helpful to a new girl who was being trained my wife even thought she was a nice girl she offered advice on what to eat and it was very good the chilli was very good! Was never going to come in again because of my last visit when two one women with piercing blue eyes was bitching the whole time about working there a few weeks months ago. But saw her Saturday and she seemed better! Thanks Jim’s for the great food and excellent waitress!!
Usually great service but not tonight. Went to Jim’s for dinner (other neighboring restaurants too busy) tonight (Sunday). As usual it was not all that busy so we seated ourselves & waitress (younger,dark hair, pulled back) came to take our drink order. After a few minuts she came back with our drinks & told us she would be back in a few minutes to take our food order. Well, we waited & waited & waited and after she cleaned up another table & took a food order from people who came in after us we decided that she probably just did not care to take our order so BF left $$ on table to cover drinks & we left. Young lady was not at all professional & made our stop very disapointing! Been there many times but won’t be going back for a while!
The first time I went their the food was alright the second time it was nasty.
Good food, good prices, good service. Free parking close to the door, free refills, smoking room with counter and booth service, experienced and friendly servers, manager is there on days, regular night shift managers, open 24/7. Large non smoking room with salad bar. Clean rest rooms, good maintenance throughout. Regulars are there every day and every night, mature, elderly, quiet, comfortable, good social life. Many truckers eat and shower there. Plenty of good parking for trucks. Police are quick to arrive, and some are retired regulars. Safe for women and children.
Best fish fry available in Cheektowaga. Good price. Pleasant waitressing staff
