Pizza is not the best in Buffalo, but what asshats dine here for the pizza when the menu compels viewers to order more rewarding dishes? You want Pizza, go to La Nova. You want Veal Parm? It’s hear at La Bella Sicilia! & ever since Ricci Roma closed, we been dining here that much more!
Simple and good. We have been here a few times now, ordering various pasta dishes. We have not tried the pizza. The food has always been good with generous portions, and its a good value for the money. When they are busy you may have to flag your waitress down to get a drink refill and maybe wait a few more minutes for your food, but its not like they are just standing around ignoring you. The staff appears to be histling. I think maybe they just have more seating than the kitchen is set up for. They might want to sweep the floor a bit more often, but I wouldn’t say I’ve felt dirty eating there. It can feel a little crowded here on a busy night – I wouldnt plan a romantic evening here – but I like that they dont have obnoxious or loud music playing or 100 tv’s. Just a good red sauce joint.
Delicious. Just got takeout from this place after having not eaten here for years. The lasagna was really good, blanketed in cheese, and portioned well. Meatballs were fantastic. Sauce was delicious. Antipasto was generously sized and loaded with yummy ingredients. My single complaint is that I feel there should be green olives as well as black ones in the antipasto. Great food, very fair prices…I will be back. You should go there!
