Neverb had an issue. Great pizza when fresh. best ice cream also.

Horrific customer service. Called and asked for a menu to be faxed, was told too big to fax. I asked can i find a menu online? Was told no.She said I can mail one it takes 3-5 days to arrive. I said but I’m hungry now what can I do?She responded I don’t know. I then proceeded to tell her I’ll go somewhere else. She responded Ok.Wow!!!
Disappointed, used to be one of buffalo’s best, now they can’t even make medium chicken wings, they were mild, can’t find their menu online, but just look at two guys pizza in Lancaster NY menu, Paul spent 20 years with masters and just copied their menu right down to prices
I placed a lunch order by phone well in advance but when I arrived it wasn’t ready. I didn’t have time to wait for them to prepare my order so I had no lunch for the day. Later i called to speak to the manager and I was put on hold. After waiting several minutes I hung the phone up and called back, when the manager finally picked up he didn’t seem to care. I don’t know if there food is good but the customer sevice needs improvement.
Also disappointed when trying to order specials from on-line menu. Its not their menu. But their food is great
