The place is decorated with a variety of sports memorabilia. Very blue collar feel. Definitely a good place to come and have a beer after a long days work. Stopped in with my girlfriend for happy hour. My friend got a pint of bud light for $2.50. I had the meatloaf sandwich which was amazing. The meat loaf was made fresh, the owners family recipe, smothered in homemade gravy. The perfect comfort food for a cold day. The bartender was very fast, filling up my friends pint as soon as she emptied it, and very bubbly. With the prices and homey atmosphere, we will definitely be back.
What a fun, inexpensive way to spend a Saturday afternoon! After deciding on a pint of EBC blueberry from a selection of craft beers, we sat out on their back patio. The waitress was bubbly, fun, and fast. We received excellent service, despite her rather busy bar inside. The waitress was sure to tell us that the beef, pork, meatloaf and gravy are all made from the family recipe, and cooked fresh-in house. I decided to go with what theyre known for, the beef on weck. It was mouthwatering to say the least! I also had fries smothered in homemade gravy. Delicious! I think the best part was when we got our bill. We couldnt believe how cheap everything was for the quality they put out. We will definitely be back again…and again!
Not Bad. Not a bad place to stop for a drink and a quick lunch. The spicy roast beef sandwich and fries tastes pretty good. There is a pool table, a bar area, and a sit-down area with a couple of tables and booths. During the warmer months, they also have some tables outside in a patio area.
Best place in town. It’s an awesome atmosphere and great food. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have great specials daily as well
Mitchell’s Tavern is a great place. The food is so good and the people treat you so well. If your looking for a good time, look no further. At Mitchell’s Tavern you will go home with a smile on your face and a full stomach!
Great food, cheap beer, fun place. A few days ago my wife and I stopped in to Mitchell’s for dinner and drinks. As always, the food was great, the beer was cheap and the atmosphere was fun. They have the best roast beef and you have to try Carlos’ hot sauce. Highly recommend it!
Food was terrific! Stop in for a drink after a concert and my wife ordered the Greek wrap and she loved it! I had one of the best burgers! Drinks were cheap and service was good! Had four large screen tv’s and we caught the end of a hockey game! We have been back numerous times’ best chicken fingers in town (wings look great as well). Looking for a great meal and a great price, go to Mitchell’s!
