We sat down and let our server know we were using an online voucher BEFORE WE ORDERED, he said it was no problem. We ordered our food and it took 30 minutes to get our food, plus our food was cold, it had obviously been sitting there for a decent amount of time. The food was okay, but nothing to write home about. When the check came, the server then told us that the voucher had to be printed out and couldn’t be accepted on a smart phone.This voucher has been valid for 3 months, I’m sure this is a common problem, but they failed to mention this important piece of information before we ordered. I feel this loophole was only put into place to lure people in the door with no intention of honoring their voucher. The servers won’t want to tell the costumers ahead of time because then they will leave and they won’t get their tip. The manager would make no exception and made us pay the bill in full.They claimed it was because we could use the coupon again if it wasn’t printed. First of all, what’s keeping me from printing out more than one copy? Second, if your business is too incompetent to handle the responsibilities of accepting this voucher, then don’t offer it.

Lobster Mac. Awesomesauce
Pizza Delivery. Ordered from Mooney’s on Niagara St. and was told $18.59 and 40 minutes. Pizza arrived cold after 80 minutes and was $5 more. I enjoy their food but this was unacceptable.
Stuffed Pepper Soup. Very rich & hearty
Decent Food, Mediocre Service. I’ll start by saying that the macaroni and cheese here is good, and is one thing that they are well-known in the area for. However, it can take over an hour at times for the food to arrive after ordering. I came for lunch around noon on a weekday, and didn’t get my food until after 1pm. I had to get it to go.Another area of concern is just the seating. It seems like every time I come here, there are people everywhere and the hostess is completely flustered. Be prepared to wait!
Awful service. I came to Mooneys in Tonawanda on Niagara street and the service was awful. We had a big party and the waitress refused to split the checks for us and made us sit there and do all the math ourselves, we were in the restaurant for over two hours it was ridiculous. I will not be coming back to this restaurant.
