FOOD:We had come on a Saturday evening at around 8:00 pm therefore, we were able to order from the dinner menu. I had settled on the Cheese Ravioli ($12.99), while my husband had settled on the Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara ($18.79), and our friend had settled on the Chicken Alfredo ($15.99). Each of our meals came with an unlimited amount of Bread Sticks, along with our choice of Soup or Garden Salad. We had also settled on a drink each, with mine being Coca-Cola (unlimited refills) ($2.89), my husbands being the Bellini Peach-Raspberry Iced Tea (unlimited refills) ($2.99), and our friends being the Kiwi-Melon Limonata ($3.50). First, I had received the Garden Salad, while my husband settled on the Chicken Dumpling Soup, and our friend had decided to pass on any of the complimentary items. A basket of Bread Sticks were brought to the table for all of us to share. The Garden Salad came in a large bowl however, the bowl was only about half full. I was hoping that the salad would have tasted good however, I was sorely mistaken. The dressing on the salad was much too strong, and the pieces of lettuce were too large, with some of them still stuck together as they had come in the packaging. It was a horrible salad, with two large pieces of tomato, and nothing more. I was hugely disappointed, and only ate a very small plate of it, leaving the rest in the bowl. The Bread Sticks however were divine, tasting fresh and hot right out-of-the-oven. I actually loved the Bread Sticks so much that we had finished the first basket, and had asked for another one. Once our main dishes arrived, I was disappointed to see that my Cheese Ravioli were about eight huge raviolis, covered in mozzarella cheese which was one huge piece, making it hard to pull apart. The meat sauce that I had asked to have on the top of the ravioli was sparse, and the ravioli themselves tasted as though they were just recently heated in the microwave; not appetizing at all. I only ate about two ravioli as it was just revolting, something I could have purchased in my grocers freezer! My husbands Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara was much too greasy, with him only eating a small portion as well due to the heavy amount of oil used. One good thing was that my Coca-Cola was unlimited, which was nice as it was refreshing to have more than one without having to worry about the price. Our friend mentioned that his Kiwi-Melon Limonata was diluted, and notenjoyable. Overall, the food tasted processed, with most of it tasted as though it had just come out of the freezer, and was definitely NOT put together with any effort whatsoever.ATMOSPHERE:When we walked into the restaurant, we were given a pager as there was about a 30-40 minute wait. The hostess at the front took our name and told us that we could sit in the lounge area and order a drink while we waited. We thentook this opportunity to browse the menu so we would know what to order once we sat down in the dining room. We noticed however that people were having food in this area, and thought this would be better to eat at then having to wait for a table in the dining room. Nevertheless, we chose to wait, and got called about 30 minutes after we had walked-in. Once we sat down, we noticed that the table was uncomfortable, with only three chairs (one chair was taken away to accommodate another party, which we thought was a bit unprofessional since there were tons of other chairs with only two people dining at the table). The restaurant itself was nicely decorated however, it was very clich of an Italian restaurant; cheap wallpaper covered with wine and pasta dishes; certainly not pleasing to the eye.SERVICE:Our servers name was Britney. She was very nice, asking us what we would like and if we were enjoying our food as we were eating. However, the wait time in-between each course was ridiculous. After sitting down, we had to wait almost 15 minutes to receive our beverages. Once we had received our beverages, we had to wait another 10 minutes to receive our complimentary items. It seemed as though everything was too slow, even though the restaurant was starting to empty out once we had received our main dishes.COST:Cheese Ravioli: $12.99 + Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara: $18.79 + Chicken Alfredo: $15.99 + 1 Bellini Peach-Raspberry Iced Tea: $2.99 + 1 Kiwi-Melon Limonata: $3.50 + 1 Coca-Cola: $2.89 = $62.15 (Taxes Included)WOULD YOU RETURN?Not at all! The food was nothing to rave about, and the service was much too slow. Definitely not worth the price that we had paid!

Never seen before…. Usually have good experience at the Niagara falls NY restaurant, but unfortunately this one was an horrible one. After waiting 35 minutes on a Saturday night experienced the slowest service and some of the worst food ever… specifically the taste like frozen Kraft macaroni and cheese and the cold and subsequently re-fried calamari. I have never seen anything like that !!! and the manager said he would take them off my bill… yeah no s#$T!!!Ps. seating by the windows on a cold and windy night will also make you feel cooler! (just not in the good way but simply because the windows are allowing the cold to come in by your table… another new way to feel like you are eating our…. LOL)

Traditional food. I looked at the menu and everything offered by Olive Garden has eitherherbs and spices & cheesy sauces I’m allergic to or so much sodium I could turn into a salt statue! Humans aren’t supposed to consume more than 2100 to 2400 mgs of sodium per day-just one of your meals uses up 1/3 to 3/4 of our daily intake if not more. How about having regular old roasted chick or hamburgers for those of us with alot of allergies that have no choice when choosing where to dine with family or friends…

Bad & pricey. The food wasn’t good despite how nice the servers were. I would not recommend this location.

Total Let Down. Every dish of pasta I had from the Endless Pasta Bowl was overdone. It was completely unappealing. It was worse than cafeteria food and was the most expensive bad food I have ever had. What the heck, Olive Garden?I will say, the grilled flatbread was good but the Olive Garden needs better cooking and creativity with its WHOLE menu.
