Birthday celebration. I was told that you had fresh clams and couldn’t wait to order fried clams. Imagine how disappointed I was when all I got was clam strips!
To the person who wrote the review,you must have dined at a different Otto’s, there is no duck on the menu,so whom ever reads this post Otto’s in Cheektowaga Ny is the best. They have great friendly servers and Awesome food.
Outsiders beware, this place is for locals dining to say hello to a chief they know. The duck was good, the experience was not. If you’re charing me $30-$40 for a plate I expect better service. My wife and I went to Otto’s celebrating. With two parties ahead of us we waited over a hour. When it was our turn they sat a four top in our place and had us wait for the next table. I guess I understand that when you have only seven tables but it felt unfair. It was apparent the owner running the floor had been drinking as he visited the tables he knew and those that needed more wine. We sat and stared at our dangerously undercooked bratwurst appetizer waiting for our waitress or the owner to acknowledge us. Highlights for me would be the duck, the beer, and a friendly hostess.
Best food there is!!!. I use to go there every now and then and it was the best. I miss my old neiborhood. Maybe someone will get ahold of me and tell me the food is as good as always. Living now in Phoenix, Arizona
Ottos = 8/10. I love Otto’s. Been a family destination for years. You want unique flavored foods, Otto’s delivers Italian food with personality! Room for improvement however. The staff need more people skills, so service could use a little finesse.
Great food
Loved It. I can’t say enough about Otto’s. We live in the area and this was our first time eating here. We had a server named Amanda who was fantastic. She was very attentive and took good care of us. Our dinners were also very good. We will definitely be making many more visits to Otto’s and we will be asking for Amanda to serve us again.
