Worst restaurant experience EVER. We visited your restaurant on Mckinnley and it was the first time my husband and I have been. It was the WORST experience that we have ever had at a restaurant. First of all, the restaurant was filthy. There were dirty tables throughout the restaurant. The restaurant was not busy. There were probably about 6 tables and we counted 12 wait staff. They kept walking by the 4 dirty tables around us and glance at the table and kept on moving. Our waitress was awful. First we waited for about 10 minutes until she came over. My husband ordered a beer and she couldn’t even tell us prices. She was then gone for at least 10 minutes until we got our drinks. We then ordered our food. We ordered an appetizer and it never came. At that point, we didn’t say anything as it would’ve took forever for us to get it.First our salads came and my dressing was at the bottom of the plate. My husbands didn’t even have dressing. She said ‘oh you ordered it on the side’ which, he didn’t. She came with a new salad and said ‘oh, you didn’t ask for it on the side.’Our food came and the steaks were not cooked the way we ordered them. My husband asked for medium rare and it was rare. I asked for medium well and it was very well done. My fries were under cooked and they told me they were seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic and there was nothing on them. The only thing that saved them was dipping them in ketchup.I was still eating when she took the plates away. I literally had my fork in my last bite and she took the plate. We felt very rushed at the point. The only thing that was good was the cheesecake and I am pretty sure that it is a boxed cake that isn’t even made there. We were there for an hour and when we were leaving, the tables still hadn’t been cleaned. I should have taken pictures of the restaurant. There was food all over the ground, even by our table. The waitress was Christina S and the bill was from 4/20/14 at 7:20 pm. We will never be back to one of your restaurants and we will be sure to share our experience. No wonder you have an 11.99 deal. You need it in order to get customers to your restaurant.
Used to be Great. I went to the outback since it opened. Went there to celebrate all my good times. Used to have the most perfect dinner. Not anymore. The bloomin onion we had for starters were much smaller and spicier than before..they almost appeared burnt. This was Christmas Eve so we figured the were being over worked or the chef did not care about the food that night. Then we got our side salads which were the smallest salads I have ever seen. They used to be much bigger that I used to love taking some home…now they load them with rotten tomatoes. It was disgusting. Finally I got my steak, the Outback special and my fiance’s steak looked great. Mine was totally BURNED AND THEY SERVED IT ANYWAY! I know I am missing my leg and in a wheelchair but I am not dumb, that was just plain awful. I couldn’t even put a fork through it and I ordered it Medium Well…there was no warm pink inside. It was BLACK. And the way they cut it was disgusting. The manager was nice enough to give me a new steak to go, and the waiter had told my fiance they do this stuff all the time. How many orders do they screw up? I was happy they replaced it and took it off our bill. Great recovery and more restaurants should do this to customers who dislike what they serve. However, I don’t think I will be going back. Too much money for too little food.
I love the food! The waiters and waitresses are great with families!
Ani Tuna is a must. Bloomin Onion mmmm Steak is always seasoned well & you always get a good meal @ a good price.
Overpriced mediocrity. I’d never been to an Outback before I tried this one, and I had high expectations (maybe too high?). Went here with 4 people around dinner time, and we had to wait ~15minutes for a table (which is usually a good sign, people seem to like the place!). Nothing really worked for me. It was a bit too dark inside, the A/C was turned on too high, the waitress was just OK, but most importantly: the food was boring and mediocre, and definitely not worth the money. I don’t mind spending a bit extra knowing that I get a good steak, but my steak was nothing special… Same can be said for the shrimp (all 3 pieces!) I had. My wife tried their ribs which were really mediocre, no scratch that, they were pretty bad. I also tasted their burger, and that was also nothing to write home about. All in all, you end up spending a good chunk of cash on mediocre food, all the while sitting in a dark fridge, but not after have to wait befor a table is ready.Won’t be coming back.
Good foot and service!. Was the first time I ever went to an Outback when I was in upstate in WNY in the Buffalo / Hamburg areas. Loved the waitress, she was good and even had a waiter-in-progress and he had a decent sense of humor. People working there were nice and happy with their jobs. No issues getting anything we needed and to food was just as good.
Good eats. I love outback steakhouse. The food here is always good. Try to get there before the dinner rush, or call ahead to avoid wating forever for a table.
