What’s not to like ? Ice Cream and quick food.
Pautlers has the creamiest custard you will find anywhere. It is far better than Anderson’s. I only go for the custard. The food is average. They serve wow cow if you are watching your waist line.
If your going to pautler’s, don’t bother with the food, try the ice cream. There’s a seemingly infinate amount of different types of frozen treats you can buy, and most of them are fantastic. If you want food, pautler’s has a pretty big menu, considering that it’s a counter- service place. However most of it is the type of stuff you buy in the frozen food isle then reheat in the microwave (although the beef on weck’s not half bad) If your not in the mood to eat, there’s also a fairly large, free car show on tuesday nights, which is definatley worth going to at least once every summer. Overall pautlers is a pretty neat old school seasonal place, with some great desserts
Great. I love Pautler’s!!! It’s great!! A great atmosphere and there is an open yard next door where my kids play lax and frisby and baseball! The ice cream is outstanding and the service is aight, but overal a 8 out of 10. I love the dips!
Great custard. We go for the desserts, not so much for the food. I was sorry to hear some negative comments regarding the management and the atmosphere. However, my kids look forward to Pautlers opening every year as did I when I was a kid. The custard is delicious and the price is great, too. I probably would avoid coming on Tuesday only because it is too crowded; but any other night it is a summertime tradition.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I got to witness the manager being very rude to her employees tonight. she didnt know i was listening but i was and calling a co workers stupid and worthless is reason enough never to go back… so next time they should hire managers that show respectthe food was great dont get me wrong. but a place to take your family is more than food, it is about to be who is serving it..
Pautlers Drive In. I think Pautlers is a great drive in. Nice menu, good food and ice cream for dessert. No, it’s not Salvators’ but it is a place to take the family on a budget.Yes Tuesday is cruise night, but more than meat/muscle cars, what ever the h*ll that means. There are a variety of classic cars of all years and models. Mr. Marmo, if you don’t like cruise night, come out another night. There are six other days in the week.
