Total Inconsistency. Not my first time there.. seems like the food and servers are different everytime I go. When I am happy with a restaurant and the service I get , that is the reason I return, The service is as important as the food. Had great food and service on my last visit. Not so this time. Think I will be giving up on going here !
Not for a small banquet party. I have enjoyed eating here with the wife on several occations, this was the first time in the banquet room for a small group of about 30 and I wouldn’t recomended this place. Service was great thanks to Jennifer and Angela, but the food was a bust. We all preordered with a choice of a chicken or pork plate. Being the first table served, I would have thought that it would at least be hot, it was not, just close to luke warm. The wife and I shared each others meal,she with the chicken and I with the pork. Both plates were tasteless. In fact you couldn’t tell what meat you were eating if you closed your eyes. Potato and vegetables were a joke. I just can’t believe a good restaurant would serve such poor quality meals to large group. No more Christmas parties at this place that’s for sure.
Great Food and Service. I am not sure where the negative comments are coming from.. My recent experience was wonderful ! Food was delicious, good portions.. presented beautifully. Our server, Cheryl was everything a server should be , pleasant, presentable, professional and outgoing. We had a very large party, we all got exactly what we ordered and in a very timely manner, she did not miss a beat. There was also teamwork, obviously the staff works well together and likes each other. Other servers helped her bring the food to us.. the busser consistently filled our waters and cleaned our plates. I cannot say anything negative at all about our experience and we were all very pleased and will return !
Always a great meal… Food and service are impeccable .. Presentation is as good as the food taste .. Kudos to a great restaraunt !

Protocol has the best seafood and steak in town. Everything was fresh and the Caesar salad is divine. Service was excellent and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant for any event.
Delicious Dinners. When our friends get together for dinner at a restaurant, we tend to share everything. We went to the Protocol last night, had a couple of drinks at the inviting bar then were seated for dinner. There were four of us and each ordered different plates. All were cooked perfectly and tasted great. Service was attentive and friendly. Clams Casino, fried calamari appetizers were terrific as were the Creme Brule and Apple Pie special desserts.
