Manager Has An Attitude. Offered pizza logs by the guy at the register for a combo meal since it came up in the system. Manager came running out yelling at him that it wasn’t something they could do after I had already paid on my credit card. Never asked if I wanted to up charge but proceeded to yell at the poor kid for it. Not his fault it’s on your register. Gave me back my refund in cash (from my credit card) and basically treated us like she didn’t need me as a return customer (explain it to me and ask if I don’t mind paying the extra. Use some Basic customer service) . Didn’t catch the kids name but if you ever need a new job let me know, you did your best and you deserve to work at a place that doesn’t treat both its customers and help like they don’t matter!
Don’t go there!. When I go to the McKinley mall I usually choose cedars because they have delicious food and their service is exceptional however there was a few times when cedars was closed and I chose Char grill. The first time I got a chicken quesadilla and it was basically flour tortillas just barely toasted and so mushy you had to eat it with a fork and it was not good at all. My husband was craving a hot dog today so I figured I would give them another try… I waited almost 40 min for 2 hot dogs and a hamburger and the mall was not busy in the least! After 40 min I asked for a refund not only because we were tired of waiting but because of what we saw. The employees response was that he forgot. He didn’t even apologize. While waiting all this time i witnessed an older women that also worked there, sneeze into her glove and continue making a taco!!!! This place has unfriendly, dirty, employees and I wouldn’t advise anyone to order anything here.
Queen city char and grill mckinley mall. I was there a week ago burgers taste alright not the best hate that the condiments are put on the table and the worker over there kept licking her fingers and was kind of mean will never get food there again
Such a great place! I went on the weekend, and there was a little bit of a wait, but it was definitely worth it! You can tell the ingredients are fresh and everything is delicious as a result. My kids got the kid’s combos, which are such a bargain compared to the big chain restaurants. I wish it wasn’t just in the mall, because the food is great quality and a great price for a quick meal!
Great Burgers and Paninis. I went there the other night with my girlfriend and I had the burger combo and she had a Reuben panini. They offer about 5 different kinds of cheese on the burger and I went with the pepperjack which was great. My girlfriend said it was one of the best Reuben she ever had. Not what we expected from a place in a mall food court. We’ll definitely be back!!
Mediocre. Got a combo here was pricey and not filling. Fries were good but you didn’t get a lot. Long wait too I ordered food in the middle of the day and I wasn’t sure if the staff took my money and ran because I didn’t see any employees in the back.
