Great Taste. We visited Rachel’s for the first time last week. We really loved our food. I had a great salad and my daugher had a flatbread sandwich. We will definitely go back again and again.
OMG this place is terrible. Every time I come here, I love the idea but it’s such awful freshness, quality, and employees. Their wewebsite isn’t even working because they can’t even keep up their godaddy account. Always stale, old, not fresh, waste of time and money. Both locations seem terrible but at least downtown location is a little fresher based on higher demand.
Bland. We had three different dishes and everyone was bland. Eating healthy should not mean tasteless.
Food and service is great here!! However, I find it really tacky to hang a sign saying no red peppers until further notice because prices increased. It’s definitely a turn off and would cause customers not to come back.
Great fresh healthy food. Very fresh good food every time. We order the rice bowls which are large. They are so delicious that we eat the whole thing. The two young men that served me were very personable and enthusiastic about their jobs. I enjoyed talking to them. If you are tired after a long day at work Rachels is the place to go for take out or dining in.
Good food, needs management improvement. My husband and I have been to the Blasdell location 4-5x within the past three months and they are always out of an ingredient; either the fountain drink machine is broken, they are out of brown rice and/or chicken. Needs a management or service adjustment to fix this pattern!! Other than that, food is delicious.
Amazing. I have been going to the one on Main St for years and I love it! They recognize me and my husband when we walk through the door. The food is amazing!!!!! I have never had a complaint. Great family and great food!
