Food was pretty bad to put it nicely…Chicken was dry…steak was nothing special…..ran out of fries….no ice…and no high chairs for little kids. Place was dirty and uninviting. It was my first and last time in this resturant. Go across the parking lot to 5 guys!
Gone from Good to Bad. We used to make Rachel’s a weekly stop. The last few times we were there the service was bad and the food quality poor. Would love to know what happened! We miss it for a quick healthy on the go meal. Sorry, you have lost loyal customers.
