Service. My husband and I always go in there to eat. Foods pretty good and service is GREAT, but there’s a catch! We have been going in There for quite a while now and have noticed unless the little cute bartender Laura is working NOTHING I mean NOTHING runs smoothly and up to par. She is the only one that puts 100% into her job. When she is in there we feel bad because she gets stuck doing EVERYTHING; don’t get me wrong, she is allALWAYS one-step, ahead but not fair. So my advice to anyone that plans on going in there, call first to make sure she’s working! If she’s there’s you’ll have a great time and experience, if not all you’ll do is wait for everything and watch staff stand around, socialize with Eachother, watch T.V, eat food and take smoke breaks every 5 minutes! Pretty safe to say that if she ever quit that place would end up closing down in less then a year! So kudos to Laura for being the best bartender in Buffalo!
Bad Pizza. I’m new to Grand Island and all and I was excited to try out Say Cheese Pizza. I tried Say Cheese Pizza right after finishing a diet, which pizza is one of my favorite foods. So anyways I had a long day at work and I did some food shopping, but I didn’t want to cook though because it was late and it game me a reason to try out Say Cheese Pizza. So I ordered their Buffalo Wing Wrap and 1 slice of cheese and pepperoni, they told me 20 minutes. I’m right down the street from there so I had plenty of time to go to 7-11 for drinks. I get there and I see the slices they have sitting out and they look small and wimpy, so I think to myself I should get another slice if I’m going to want to get full. I pay and go home and sit down and eat, well the first thing I notice was that the slices where not made in a pizza oven, that’s where they make the pizza on a pizza stone that sits in the oven, so the bottom of the pizza is soft and had little dimples on the bottom of the pizza that I’m use to seeing when pizza is made in a conveyer belt oven. This was very disappointing, the pizza was just above the quality of elementary school pizza that you use to get. Now I use to frequent Imperial Pizza in the South Towns and that is a hard place to go up against in my opinion but this place didn’t even try in the slightest to be like Buffalo pizza I’m use to.

It seems like a great place where you can bring kids, go for dinner, or have a few drinks at the bar. We didn’t get any pizza, so I can’t vouch for that, but we ordered a burger, the beef and gravy sandwich, and the stuffed peppers. All were very good– ESP the beef and gravy sandwich! Definitely recommend that. As for the negative reviews on here, sometimes some people need to just get a life.
