Rip off. I bought a deal for $8.00 well it expired but they didn’t even consider honoring it or some of it. I just lost $8.00. The food is all overpriced and no one is ever in the place. More workers then customers. I give the place 6 months. Customer service is lacking for sure.
Pretty sure Soup is NOT Homemadw. Hadn’t been here in awhile – used to go with friends for lunch occasionally years past and always enjoyed the food. Was surprised when I walked in around 1:00 that there were only a couple of patrons – I was looking for something light so I got the roasted turkey noodle soup to go. NO WAY this was homemade – yet it still cost nearly $7 for I guess what’s a medium or ‘bowl’. First of all it was very greasy, the noodles were overcooked and mushy and the turkey and vegetables were tiny – very much like you’d find in a can of campbells – I’m SO disappointed. I like supporting small business, but not if they’re gonna charge ‘gourmet’ prices for canned food .. Wegman’s Soup bar Chicken noodle is 1000X’s better and cheaper …I won’t be back …
Good food but….. I used a Groupon and bought take away. Sandwich, soup and dessert. Everything tasted good. They serve wine so I thought it might be a good place to come back with friends. However, upon entering I heard one of the workers (daughter) raising her voice to another worker (her mother). My first thought was ok, just a little blip. Then more bickering occured with raised voices. While, I might do take away again, I will not eat in and chance bickering ruining my meal.
Won’t go back. This place has average food, high prices and employees that are not very helpful. One time I was refused a quart of take-out soup because, if I bought the whole quart they would have not had any soup for anyone else. They wanted me to take just a pint. Also, you order at the counter and if you not familiar with their ordering practices or menu the employees have been short and curt. I might go back because the soup is pretty good but I don’t like being sighed at and talked down to. So , I won’t go back.
The roasted red pepper soup is to die for!
Go elsewhere. Williamsville is loaded with great restaurants, I won’t be waisting my money at this one again. Dirty, bland, and slow.
