I recently visited this location on Maple road. I regularly visit Taco Bell in other Buffalo locations with satisfaction, but when i visited this location i was rudely surprised. I pulled through the drive through around 2:10 and they were open until 3 am that night, giving them plenty of time to compete my order. I stood at the order window for about 2 minutes until i yelled hello followed by the question if they were open or not. No response from the staff. It was obvious there were people inside since i heard muffling from the order window so i drove up to the actual window to see if i could spot anybody. There were two women inside cleaning up. I had direct eye contact with one of the them as i waved furiously, but she just kept on cleaning. I was furious, the location was open until 3 giving them plenty of time to take and make my small order, but instead they decided cleaning up early was more important than taking orders of people. There was a car in front of us in the drive thru who left outraged as well, even honking their horn to see if the could get the workers attention. It greatly bothered me that they saw me, but didn’t want to even take myorder. This is their job and if they don’t do it they shouldn’t be employed here. TERRIBLE.

She told customers they were wrong when they complained or tried blaming it on the taco bell person when guest showed her that she rang it up wrong on the receipt. Not to mention she walks away from the cash register and had her phone out using it. I don’t care who is calling you take my order!!! She rang up my taco bell wrong the taco bell person was nice though and remade my order in no time the correct way.
Taco Bell – Maple Road. Plenty of options to select from whether it is this location or other ones in the area. I cannot say their food is great or sucks, but I generally have a good idea what I will be getting when I walk in the door. If I wanted real Mexican food I know where to go for that. Taco Bell does have some good ideas like the Mexican Pizza or the combined hard/soft shell taco that adds a bit of both worlds to the taco experience. In addition and exclusive to Taco Bell, they are the only one to have Mountain Dew Baja Blast. That drink I enjoy more than the other Mountain Dew flavors. I have no complaints about this Taco Bell location and have been reasonably happy with the many past visits.
Every time we have gone there (three in total) the order is wrong. We have tried the drive thru and gone in and does not matter which – items were missing each time.
