Fridays main and transit. Last two times there food was awful soup was served half a bowl not full salad was thrown together. Told server, and all she said was I feel your pain. Didn’t take it off the bill. I am a stripes member but I doubt I will return they need a new chef and kitchen help
Fridays is a chain, so I should have known what I was going to get, but I went anyway. We ordered 1 appetizer, 2 entrees and a dessert. The best thing about the whole meal was dessert, salted caramel cake. We ordered queso for an appetizer and it came out lukewarm, I am not a fan of sending things back so we didn’t say anything. When our entrees came ( Korean beef tacos and dragon fire chicken) we were excited they looked appetizing, then we tried the food.the dragon fire chicken tasted exactly like any lean cuisine and the Korean steak tacos were beef and lettuce in an overly toasted flour tortilla. These tacos were ssupposed to have cilantro lime slaw, cucumbers and a basil sir racha sauce , I had NONE of that. I told the manager and she was great about it but by the time I spoke to someone I didn’t really want any other entree. We finished with the redeeming salted caramel cake, the only thing worth eating. If you like chains you’re better off across the street at tullys.
