Great New Happy Hour!. New Happy Hour at Water Valley Inn was excellent. Half price drinks, free appetizers at bar, great bartender and service. Compliments to the chef. One of the best Reubens we’ve had anywhere. Free wings at bar were delicious. They should be added to the appetizer menu! Will go again.
Cozy and Friendly. The atmosphere is cute and cozy and our waitress was very attentive and nice. I got the vegetable stir fry which was fine and my fiance got the fish fry that he enjoyed very much. Also they were very liberal with the amount of rum in my cocktail 🙂

Nice atmosphere. It is obvious there is a local crowd. The atmosphere is homey and wait staff attentive. I was not impressed by the sarcastic humor of the host. Seafood augratin was delightful. I have been told the desserts are homemade but at this visit we did not have any. We will try it again .
Good food. I have eaten here a few times and have yet to leave feeling disappointed. I have had both burgers and fish (salmon and fish fry). The portions are big and the prices aren’t bad. FYI they serve a fish fry everyday.

I have been dining at Water Valley since I was a little girl. I remember the bartender giving my sister and I lemon heads and the cinnamon candies! The place has not changed (thank God!). You must try the New England Clam Chowder which is so thick and creamy you could eat it with a fork-delicious! Don’t forget about the fish fry, I’m not sure I have ever had anything but the fish fry! The food is worth the wait, I can promise you that! Never ever had a bad experience in all the years I remember coming here!
