We were just in Zebb’s Amherst and I said if there were coupons I would like to google one and asked if they could scan my phone. Apparently they only use paper coupons, but the manager saw that my nephew was a special needs adult and he came over with 6 cookies in a takeout container and said he was sorry he couldn’t provide us with any coupons but you need to belong to their list before you get them. He came over again when we were leaving to see how we enjoyed the meal. My nephew was sooooo happy. It meant so much to me. My nephew lives in a group home near Zebb’s and we were also dining with the manager of the group home. There is no doubt in my mind that they are kind and caring people. The waitress could not have been kinder. The meal was delicious. I’m positive this new manager (who treated us so kindly) will be very successful in building a following. It could not have been better.
