Food is amazing, if the staff is rude to you visit NYC. 8/10 times if you feel disrespected its because youre actually stupid and dont know how to order food or youre also being rude and why should someone serving you be nice back when they make minimum wage? Sometimes they are rude but its not too often and I am a regular there
I stopped here for a bite to eat while on break from work. Big mistake…. should’ve known better. This place is just what it looks like….. another sad, sorry, poorly run franchise restaurant…. definitely in a league with Pizza Hut. I had two slices of their reheated pizza. Not only was it of poor quality, it was cold and way overpriced. The Buffalo area has long been home to many great family owned pizzerias. This establishment has absolutely no place in our town. In addition to the lame pizza, the dining area was kinda’ grubby, the canned music was loud and obnoxious, and the staff behind the counter were too busy gabbing with each other to be bothered with things like refilling the empty napkin dispensers. I’ve eaten at thruway stops with better customer service, nicer ambiance, better quality food and more reasonable prices. There are about 1,000 other places to eat on this section of Maple Rd. Next time you’re in the neighborhood do yourself a favor….. pass by this place and eat somewhere else.

Need a lesson in cleaning. Dirtiest dining room I have ever been in. Floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. Imagine what the kitchen looks like.
Fake cheese?. For some time, I really enjoyed their huge $3 slices.But, I started thinking that they use fake cheese on top of dough, not natural cheese.
Always good. I have tried many things on the menu. The food here is always good. My only recommendation is pick it up if you can because delivery takes forever (almost 2 hours) and they are very unapologetic about. But the food makes up for it. Pizza is the best in the area
Love the Wings!. As a connoisseur of buffalo wings, I always try to make it a point whenever I’m in Buffalo to find a good wing spot. I love Zetti’s wings! They are a nice size, crispy but not dry. I put Zetti’s wings near the top of the list of best Buffalo wings in Buffalo.
