First and last time going. Run down outside and inside. $11 for a meatball parm. Overpriced, and below average food. Stick with other choices in the area like; Wegmans, Sisters Cafe, DiBella’s. The food is better and cheaper at the options I listed.

This place should be shut down by the Department of Health! I stopped in today to grab a quick soup and sandwich to take back to the office. The open kitchen area had 3 workers none of them were wearing hair nets or hats. The young lady preparing my sandwich was wearing gloves however, the gentleman standing next to her did not have on gloves while handling food. He also took a piece of Romaine lettuce, took a bite out of it, and placed it on the my sandwich the young lady was making!! I was not sure I really saw that happen! I was speechless. I returned to the office, pulled the sandwich apart and sure enough I found a smaller piece of lettuce with a bite mark taken out of it! The NYS Department of health will be visiting on my behalf!!!

Food was good, especially the soup. A little pricey. Business advice to owner: don’t use the walls of your restaurant to display your political views. Overall decent, but probably won’t go back.

Lunch Done Right. Zuppa has been at this location for over 15 years. Most businesses and schools within a 5 mile radius orders their lunch from here. They mainly cater to corporations, small businesses, and schools. However, you can call in to pick up orders as well. Zuppa is opened from 9 AM to 3 PM.If you want something delivered, you need to be located at a business or school address (no residences) and you MUST FAX your order in. Otherwise, they won’t even take your order. Almost everything here is homemade, fresh, tastes great, and the price isn’t outrageous. They only use high quality ingredients in their food. The tuna is extremely addictive. Rolls are made from scratch on-site. Most salad dressings are also homemade and delicious. New weekly specials keeps the menu fresh. On-time deliveries and great food. Their service is great and speedy. If you’ve never ate at Zuppa for lunch, you’re missing out. Highly recommended!
