A mixed bag. Tried several items; Buffalo Mac n’ Cheese, South of the Border wrap, Sweet Potato fries, and Crab Cake salad. First the good. The buffalo Mac n cheese was warm and tangy. Good bite of heat to it but almost a little too salty. This was a good comfort food item that was satisfying. The South of the Border wrap was warm with moist chicken and a delightful sauce. It was hands down the best thing I tried. On the down side the crab cakes on the salad were very bready, lacking flavor or texture. The sweet potato fries suffered from lack of salt but remedied at the table. Finally, had coffee which was fair at best. Overall rating from me is that it is worth a visit but won’t win any awards at the moment.

Overpriced Menu. Way overpriced for a coffee shop. I think they missed there mark for the type of customer base they have The prices are very high for what you get The food is not very good. The music is so loud you can not even think or talk. Waitresses are not trained very well. They do not even know the menu. We will not be back.

Bait & Switch Prices. Us girls went there on a Sat night and was shocked at being charged 99.36 for a glass of cheap wine and 4 hamburgs for us 4. We were floored and by the way the burgers were terrible they were frozen patties that tasted like they were old. I can see why other people told us on our way in we would be better off going someplace else. They were right never again Sorry for the bad review but they deserve it. It is only a cafe with paper napkins forks and knives thrown in a mason jar collecting dust and people coughing on them they should be reported to the Health Dept. Dirty paper covering the table top music so loud you can not talk or even eat. Sorry guys get together. There is a lot of competition out there.

Sirloin/Brisket Grilled Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy. Just like moms, yet fine dining style. Gravy was so good, not to salty. The meat was not dry or overcooked. I would recommend this dish!It came with vegetables and a house salad as well. I chose the homemade balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Service is AWFUL! We walked out.. Tried to get breakfast here today. Was seated promptly and chatted with the girl who lead us to our table about them stopping breakfast service as of 8/1/2014. She says that they get so busy on Friday nights that it’s too difficult to do the turn over for breakfast, I think it’s because the staff they have on hand Sat AM are too busy standing at the bar chit chatting that they have no time for REAL work. Like waiting on tables. Taking orders, Or paying any attention to customers who were lucky enough to place orders and get food. I told the girls as we walked out after 10 minutes of sitting at a table and trying to wave one of them down. Clueless! Go elsewhere, as I told 2 other parties who were getting out of their cars in the parking lot as we walked away. There’s better choices in the village.

This food is phenomenal! The live music is amazing as well. You can tell the owner had a real good eye for music because every band in there that my husband I have heard is very talented. The chicken french I had was very tasty, and my husbands panini with the turkey bacon apples and cranberry mayo was not only unique but he loved it. ( not too mention his beer battered fries that I couldn’t help stealing) 🙂 Definitely going back and can’t wait to eat on the deck once it gets warm!

Great place. Went there for the first time, and will be back. Nice waterfront dining outside. Their specialty sandwich with apple slices was excellent (French dip beef was a little disappointing, but everything else was very good, and reasonably priced. No free refills on the soda, which seems standard most places, but I can live with that… They had a live band of older musicians dressed up playing a 50s sock hop, which we thought was fabulous- I would go back just for them… (even though I wasn’t born when those songs were hits!)… Great night.
