Best sandwhiches and salads hands down in the HV area! Love this place. You get what you pay for. Bread cooks on site, mayo hand mixed (not bottle junk), real meats and veggies… Frequent flyer. Won’t disappoint.

Best of Fishkill. This is one of those places that you just have to go. Cibo will never disappoint. I have been here for breakfast and dinner. The potato pancakes with sour cream and raspberry compote or apple sauce are incredible and then add to that whatever the breakfast special of the day is, and well, you will become a Cibo addict. It’s all downhill from Cibo. You will think about, dream about, and lust for Cibo. Cibo, I love you.
Nice wait staff & great sandwiches too. Loved the idea of the popcorn for an appetizer.
Mobile review I enjoyed Cibo for the first time today. I read the review about the crab cake sandwich (number 23 on the menu) and decided to give it a shot. This sandwich is a sweet crab cake made with perfection with purple sauted onions, bell peppers and red ripe tomatoes on baby greens. I was able to choose my bread and went with panni style bread. It had a touch of their house mayo and the cook did a good job to not add too much or too little mayo. The crab will melt in your mouth. The atmosphere was a deli style restaurant and since it is fall I did not find it stuffy in their restaurant. However, due to the popularity of this place it was a bit crowded but not stuffy. The smell of breads and cuts filled the room. To help with your onion breath, when you check out, make sure you grab a piece of free gum.25 Oct, 2011I enjoyed Cibo for the first time today. I love it it’s a super classy place to visit
Yum. Says it all. Daily specials are always good and the sandwiches are very good. The menu has a great mix of sandwiches – more than you typical turkey on white. Each one I’ve tried is a keeper!
