I went there tonight just to try there chicken wings because I have Korean chicken wings before and they were great. The wings here , I could have made at home if I didn’t even try at all. My 90 deaf half blind grandma could have done 100 times better

The worst restaurant food I’ve ever had.. I have never written a review for a restaurant before. Toro was so bad I felt compelled to write this time. We ordered bulgogi and chap che. The bulgogi looked liked dog food, and I’m not exaggerating. It was grey in color and swimming in a thin overly sweet liquid. And as far as how it tasted? Lets say I would have rather eaten actual dog food. The chap che was even worse. I advise anyone who is thinking about going here to go somewhere else! The owner’s children were running around the restaurant. This was irritating but not nearly as disappointing as the food. The service is terrible as well.
Yuck! Overpriced and poor quality suchi. Tea was warm, house salad was watery and limp, suchi dishes were expensive for lack luster quality & quantity.
