LOVE this place! One of the best places I have dined at in a long time. Me and my friend started off with duck tongues, we were a little nervous at first, but they were DELISH. Then I had the skirt steak, and my friend had the gnocchi… Again.. So good. We were to full to have desert but we had our eye on the root beer float. Can’t wait until they are open again so I can enjoy my nights out again!
AMAZING! Just tried first and south for the first time! Well definitely be back!! The fries are Cooke perfectly, you can choose between a bunch of different yummy dipping sauces. The chowder was hearty with chunks of fish and smoky bacon laced in every bite! A perfect fall dish. I had the black bean burger with fried tomatoes and siracha mayo, a hit with even my meat loving boyfriend! We also got the tuna sandwich, with fresh tuna from montauk- it was out of the world. Probably the best tuna fish I’ve ever had! Everything is fresh and unique! We have full bellies! We cannot wait till next time!

I had posted a postive review, but….. However, I had heard about how the management and owners had treated a server that we had liked here not paying him, and stringing him along for several months. Me and my wife have chosen to no longer patronize this business because of how they treated that nice young man. The food was okay, but our server Vinny had completed the experience. Without him, we wont be returning any longer. The other ones that we have here were in a bad attitude and playing on their phones most of the time. I’ve tried to catch the female bar tenders attention several times when we came in for drinks, but it was hard to get her attention as she was dotting on the female patrons. It’s a cash bar, I had cash, I also had difficulty getting a drink for me and my wife on a slow night. Why? I dont know.
