Horrible Service/False Advertising. Very disappointed with service and ethics at this location. During my visit, the Drive Thru Menu stated the Queso Melt and Buffalo Melt comes with a drink for $1.99 each. When I placed the order, the server did not serve the drink, when I asked why I was not getting a drink, I was told they were recycling the menu from the Massapequa location. I asked that I should be given the drink since that’s what is stated on the menu and the server insisted that I pay more for the drink (even though the menu stated drink included). When I asked if this is false advertising, I was not given an answer. She pretended not to care at all. Needless to say, I will never go back to this store. In addition, the receipt does not have a phone number for guest satisfaction survey or a website. It states: Please call XXX-XXX-XXXX or visit http://www.yourfeedback.to and enter survey code XXXxxx.I don’t think this store cares about customers.
