Customer Service is Tops!. Miller’s Ale House shines even brighter for us!My husband and I had a comp card for City Cellar in Westbury, NY. Snootyville — hostess looked us up and down as though we didn’t belong there. Waitress refused to take a comp card (really!) and manager talked his way around in circles. I told him I was there to review the restaurant and his answer was a shrug. We left. We went to Miller’s Ale House in Levittown, NY; place was bopping, manager Joe took care of what we needed with no hassle. Now that’s customer service!City Cellar gets a basement rating from us. No wonder there were so many empty tables…Miller’s Ale House is the place to be!
