The food here is nothing. We started with the cheese plate and the meat appetizer plate. The cheeses tasted like supermarket offerings and the cured meats also tasted like deli offerings. The melon salad with olives and mozzarella was the bright spot in the meal. The olives were a little heavy for the delicate melon but the hunks of mozzarella worked well. The pasta dishes were uninspired. Our server was friendly, professional and the meal was well paced.

Amazing Italian. We’ve been to Vico a number of times and what keeps bringing us back is the consistently wonderful food. I don’t know if this is classic Italian, but I’ve come to recognize the Vico flavor profile: simple preparation, fresh ingredients, lots of fresh herbs (rosemary is a standout) and a constantly changing menu. Best part, though, is the service, which makes you really feel at home. Our waitress recognized us and welcomed us back on our second visit, and the chefs wave to us as we leave. Gotta say, that works for me.
