Update: ate here again for lunch and I am compelled to upgrade this spot to a 4. I had the black bean & veggie burger, because im trying to eat that way. It was great…so flavorful and dressed nicely with pickle chips,lettuce tomato. Also came with fries which were good. My wife had a puck three consisting of chicken sandwich, salad and fried mozzarella. The breading looked a little dark from the fry, but she said it was good. We brought along my daughter (a big foodie at 9 years old) and she had meatloaf off the kids menu. WOW! Adults were jealous. For what this place is…a bar/restaurant or maybe a restaurant/bar it really delivers. Friendly service and local brews. Not a huge fan of catskill brewery, i had hudson breweries pale ale and their IPA was ok too. If youre in the area and looking for lunch..look no further. I went for lunch and was immediately concerned that the woman behind the bar was alone to serve the bar and everyone at the dining tables, but let me tell you she rocked it. Seamless and friendly service! I chose to partake in the pick 3 lunch menu and was very happy with the selection and quality for 11 bucks. Would definitely go back and try dinner.

Our new Favorite Spot. We have been here twice and love it! Food, service and atmosphere is perfect! It is relaxed and private with everyone minding their own business and enjoying their company. While a little noisy as it fills up, the quality and speed of the food and service more than compensate. We love it.
Wunderbar salad and pot roast was excellant. I would recommend a dinner and a beer here anytime.
It’s listed as Germans food – its not! Other than that… Great food – good beer! I had a freas mushroom stuffed ravioli w/ butternut squash cream sauce – so yum!
What a blast!. I went to Wunderbar this last Friday night and what a cool spot! They food was amazing as well as the beer and liquor selection. The late night bar crowd was a blast and the place was packed full. I will be back for sure and I recommend this place to everyone looking for food and a good time!
