Always a line. Pretty pricey to pay over $20 for two people to have half a sandwich, soup and a drink for lunch. Save money and get better food an go to a local sandwich shop
Mediocrity in all aspects food, dining and service. The bread is frozen as are all the desserts. Panera is overrated by people who wouldn’t know good food from bad. Skip this chain restaurant and frequent a privately run local restaurant. Watertown & Sackets Harbor have many restaurants to choose from… AVOID the chains on Arsenal St.
Thumbs Up. Super friendly staff, clean, quick service. Fast enough to get lunch on break from work.
Great and quick service …. Love the buzzer system for when your foods ready !!!! A must try spot for lunch !!!!!
Conveinently located, always clean comfortable and consistent. Lower price but higher standards- perfect place to meet friends or clients. And the food is delicious!
Consistent. It does not matter where you go…….if you find a Panera bread store and you are hungry….stop! As I say in my title….consistency makes a great place for an any time nosh.
Clean and confortable. My family loves to go here for lunch. I usually get the half and half selection (soup and sandwich). The restruant is always clean and confortable. Even though its usually busy during lunch we find a nook and feel quite at home. The price is a little more than Mc Donalds or Burgerking, but I would say you get what you pay for. Try the french onion soup, they do a great job.
