First off, two caveats:1) they were packed. 30+ minute wait for a table2) we try to eat somewhere at least 2x before leaving a review. Will try again and update another time. Salads were missing for at least 45 minutes after ordering (and when they did come, wife’s came out first, followed by the other 2 around 20 minutes later) both my wife and our friends steaks were overlooked. Wife’s was supposed to be medium-rare, but came out medium-well the first time. Sent it back, and second time was medium. Friend’s steak was more medium than medium-rare but passable. Back to the salads: the entrees came out and were eaten before the salads made their appearance. (Save for the wife, her salad came in between rounds one & two of the attempts at cooking the steak)The waitress also spent the majority of her time at the table next to us, never turning around to check on us/our food or see if we needed refills or whatnot. We have eaten at several Texas Roadhouses in other states, this was probably the most disappointing visit we have had. On the bright side, the manager comped the salads, so there’s that. tl;dr:MIA saladsOver cooked steaks Poor service

We stop in here every time we are in Watertown. The prices are great, the portions are huge, and the food is tasty. That being said, if you are on a diet or trying to eat healthy, this place is definitely not for you. Basically everything on their diet has soybean oil, sugar, and MSG in it. I went while on a diet, and had tried to contact them in advance (unsuccessfully), and when I asked about their steak spice, and asked about those 3 ingredients, I was told it had all of them in it. Literally the only healthy option I could get was steamed vegetables specifically without butter, and a steak specifically without any seasoning. Which ended up being dry, overcooked, and flavourless.Any time I have gone while not a diet and not particularly caring about the nutritional content however, the food is delicious and has always been good for the price.
Consistently good food and service. I eat here regularly when I’m in town. I can count on good food at a fair price. The quality is always great.

Food was great but wait was long and service was slow… On a Monday! Still some of the best food we’ve had in Watertown but they need to work on their service (after waiting 25 mins for a table, we waited at the table another 10 mins to order drinks!)
Good Food / Good Service / Not too Expensive. When I’m on a road-trip, I will usually try once during the week to go for a steak. Typically Texas Roadhouse doesn’t let you down. However, I have to make sure I tell them not to season my steak, because inevitably they’re over-seasoned. Lesson learned; I will ask same for fries next time…they were so seasoned, I couldn’t eat them. The Caesar Salad was decent.
