I love condrells. I love the fact that it is an old fashioned candy and ice cream parlor. The service is great. My favorite dish is the connie clown cown. It is named after me. I’m good friends with the owners. Although it is a little pricey, you won’t regret spening the price.
Good but uncomfortably pricey. Yes….it is good and quaint, but the bill for my son and I was $14!He had the Ant Hill Sundae which is one scoop. He chose not to have the included whipped cream. I had a One scoop sundae with whipped cream. Mine was $6.Sorry, but that is just overly expensive for a one scoop of ice cream with sauce and whipped cream. I don’t care how good any of it is.He also got a piece of candy that is normally 75 cents at the corner store, and they charged $1.75. Believe me, I love supporting local businesses. In terms of ice cream there are many in the area. But an overpriced experience can leave a bad taste in one’s mouth. I wanted to like it. I really did.
Awesome!. This place is so awesome – old fashion, delicious fresh made ice cream and toppings. I’ve never experienced sundaes like these – so many choices, so little time. My Mother and I have made a pact to continue to try something new each time we go until we’ve tried them all. We haven’t been dissappointed yet – fresh fruit topping, creamy peanut butter, the smoothest hot fudge ever, sweet caramel – everything is to die for. They also have all kinds of old fashion sodas and real milkshakes, not like the fastfood ones you get other places. There is also a full cappuccino bar and literally hundreds of kinds of chocolates. All this and the friendliest wait staff ever – yes, they have table service. And the owner is this cute, little red headed guy that fills the store with cute, old fashion pictures and posters. This is my very favorite place to go to celebrate a special occassion, or to stop for a fun snack, or even to have a great big banana split instead of lunch or dinner some days!
