Fabulous. We took a group of 15 to Franks and everyone enjoyed the meal along with great service. Portions are large with plenty to share. The Sicilian Anti-pasti is the best anywhere and will easily feed 10. Top it off with Fried dough and roll yourself out. We’ve been going every year we are here for 10 years and have non plans to change.
Life saver!. I had a luncheon for family and as the number of attendees grew I realised it was more than I was interested in cooking for. Luckily Frank’s was able to accommodate my needs. Providing us with delivery of 3 large trays (Lasagna, Chicken Cacciatore, and Pasta Artichoke) along with 2 salads, bread and mini cannoli they were a life saver. Kerry at Franks was my contact person and she was extremely helpful and efficient. Everyone LOVED the food, and asked about where it was from. The order was delivered 15 minutes earlier than the time I requested (which I loved) and the driver was extremely helpful and double checked before he left to make sure that I had everything that I’d ordered. Overall I would definitely say they went over and beyond in meeting my expectations.
One Step Up From Olive Garden. Place is always packed no matter when you go. Wait staff and owner couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating for 6 people. Frank Sinatra music playing throughout the restaurant. Food portions are huge and enough to eat for a few meals after. Prices are very cheap for what you are getting. Take home bag weighed at least 10 lbs even after eating some of the pasta! Have been here a few times and unfortunately everything is bland. Many different options to choose from including, pizza, subs, pasta and classic Italian dishes. Pizza is thick and doughy was only able to eat one piece. Lasagne came out the size of a brick. Favorite meal is the Frank’s special pasta dish. Mini cannoli were a great end to a heavy dinner.
Horrible Experience!!!. This is quite possibly the worst dining experience that I have ever had. It started with the less than friendly hostess who barely looked at us once when as she sat us. Then there was the waitress who snatched the menus out of our hands and literally threw the straws on the table (I know, it might not seem like a big deal, but to people who have been in the restaurant business our entire careers, it’s very insulting). Tables sat dirty the ENTIRE meal with no one even attempting to clear them. Then there was the food! I will say, the salad and bread were delicious, but that’s all the credit I’m willing to give. The sauce was so sweet it was almost inedible, as though it came straight out of a can with no attempt to season it at all. My chicken parmesan was okay, though a bit greasy, but the meatballs were the worst I’ve ever eaten: mushy and flavorless. All in all, it was a horrible experience and I will NEVER go back, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
Big disappointment… Serve who didn’t give us a name was very short and less then attentive had to ask another waitress for a beverage seemed our was too busy wiping her mouth on her shirt before approaching the table as if the serves wasn’t bad enough the food didn’t follow up to its description I had the chicken a la margarita that was suppose to have a white wine sauce but what I received was two soggy pieces of chicken in chicken broth with parsley (not even close to a sauce) needless to say I don’t think we will be returning I can say with all honesty I’ve had better food and serves at mcdonalds!
True Italian dining. If you are looking for romantic, pretty food, 50 minute date night meal, go somewhere else. But if you are looking for that real Italian dining experience, head to Frank’s. Frank’s is family owned and operated since they opened the doors. The portions are huge and the price is right. There something for everyone. Our meal lasted 2 hours, typical family style dining in Italy. Lots of laughter and fun. Ask to met the owner Joe and you will meet a Joe who will do anything to make your meal perfect.
