I have always loved the food and miss eating it, but I never want to come here because the staff is always terrible. Once we were having an early dinner with 10 people and the place was empty. Our waitress was inattentive and never brought us enough silverware. We never received drink refills and she took forever to get our check. She was so bad we left her $1 tip which was overly generous considering the circumstances. I have never tipped so low in my life!
Higher prices, lesser quality. We use to go to Frank’s often, but lately the prices are higher and the service and quality have gone down. We figured the first time we had a bad meal it was just a fluke. But then it happened again and then to my daughter and her boyfriend and now again. This last time not only was the food not up to par (skimpy on the parm), but the waitress was not very attentive and there were kids going in and out of the kitchen and behind the counter. Not something you want to see when your eating.
Been buying pizza and wings for years. yesterday at 730 pm pickup pizza and 20 wings. cashier says that will be $30.70 and said to her i always pay $26.05. she tells me price went up to $26.96 + tax. i tell her how does it come out to $30 70. even if tax was 9% , tax would be 243 which would make it $29.39 or so. then she tells me because of the extras, she says you have half pepperoni and half mushroom. i told her thats the way i get it all the time. she talk to someone in back and gave it to me for old price. i get home pizza is raw and wings were hot . i ordered wings mild. i was to tierd to go back, but i tell you this never again will i buy anything from you.
