Love this place!. This is an old-fashioned family diner with great food, and really friendly service. They have an extensive menu, including many Greek specialties. I just had the most incredible beef souvlaki there. They use a better grade of beef than most places, and the preparation is impeccable. I’ve tried every souvlaki in Buffalo. This place gets the gold medal! The facilities are clean, and totally kid friendly, yet it’s nice and quiet. Servers and kitchen personnel are really nice folks who treat their customers well, and seem to really take pride in their work. Plenty of parking, too. I have nothing but good things to say about Plaka. I’ll be back!

Worth trying. When you go out you want to eat a meal or something quick and simple, right? if that sounds good to you id highly reccomend this place to others. Exspcially people with kids, they make there pancakes into mickey mouse which looks fantastic. The soups in this place are great always fresh too. And they also have some great chicken and beef souvlaki. I dont think anyone around here makes any better rice pudding than this place. And the staff is always very kind and caring.

I go there with friends for breakfast every week and love it! They are the only ones who know how to make my eggs the way I want and are super accommodating. They have a total 60s old fashioned feel and the servers are helpful and super friendly with their customers and each other, very refreshing from the drama you see at some places. The soups are always homemade and always hit the spot (potato leek is my favorite). I’m a vegetarian but my friend always gets the beef souvlaki and says it’s tenderloin, which apparently is unheard of!
