HORRIBLE SERVICE. I have now gone here three times since it has opened. Third time was NOT the charm. The counter is overstuffed with a bunch of workers with no rhyme or reason to what each is doing. EVERY TIME they have forgotten items, overcharged, or my favorite…just forgot my order all together. The last happened yesterday, after fifteen minutes of me standing there and seeing people after me get their food, I asked where mine was. This RUDE little girl asked me what my number was, snatched my receipt out of my hand and walked away. Ten minutes later she’s back THROWS my food on counter. I told her I have waited long and there was no reason to just throw my order together. To which she attempted to get smart with me. Wasn’t difficult for me to be smarter. Save yourself the grief and drive to Rochester…the one there is friendly, with no lines.
Service was great. Workers very friendly clean respectful I will visit again and again,thumbs up to the employees of this company great leader ship
Don’t bother. Staff was disinterested and unprepared and disorganized. Really couldn’t care less. Forgot portions of my order. Had to ask for everything, and was made to feel it was an imposition. Tables were sticky, floor was littered and dirty. Service and attitude were terrible.Plus, food was disappointing. After all that, food was mediocre, at best.Save yourself the grief.
Ok.. Mediocre food. I went late, so I had no problem with wait times. The chicken is excessively floured, with greasy raw dough pockets. Spices were bland. Slightly better than Tops Markets chicken, on par with KFC. definitely not worth a long wait time. But hey, if if your nearby, and KFC is too far, and you absolutely have to have fried chicken, then this stuff is adequate.
The spicy chicken is delicious. Cajun fries, too. A super-high calorie treat once or twice a year. The service, however, is spectacularly bad. There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to when your order is ready. The last time I was there EVERY customer was complaining.
Good Food…Bad Service. Too bad…We had such a build up to eating here.When we travel in the South…Popeyes is great.Here @ Buffalo NY location…POOR SERVICE.Food was good…Service was BAD…total disorganization…TOO many people behind a small service counter. Had to go back 3 times to ask for things we ordered and was not included. Not high on the list of places to return to.
